We had a wonderful weekend at Colesbourne Gardens on 29th and 30th January. The snowdrops were blooming, the sun was shining and we raised a fantastic amount of £1223,98 for the Family Haven.
We would like to thank Sir Henry and Lady Carolyn Elwes for inviting us to serve teas and help raise much needed funds for The Family Haven over the weekend.
We would also like to thank our volunteers who helped us on Saturday and Sunday serving tea and cake, including Prosser Knowles, Theresa Fisher, the Community Champion at Tesco’s in Quedgeley, Savahna Lewis, the Community Champion at Morrisons, our trustees, John Orchard and Asya Pandor and all of our volunteers who helped on the day and baked cakes to be sold.
And, of course, we would like to thank all the lovely people who came for tea and cake!
Our volunteers worked very hard both days to serve over 400 teas & coffees with cake.
