The Family Haven would like to thank Gloucester City Homes (http://www.gloscityhomes.co.uk )for making our trip to the Animal Farm Adventure Park for the children and parents possible with their generous donation of £400.00 and putting a smile on so many faces. The day trip began at 10:00 am on Wednesday 30th July 2008 when the coach arrived at the Family Haven to pick up 30 excitable children, 18 adults and staff members to take them to the Animal Farm Adventure Park at Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset where they all enjoyed the trip. The children truly enjoyed the train ride to see the animals and having their faces painted. The mums said the area where they had their lunch was lovely and the weather was good. |
